Icewhisker ran to the river without really waiting for Yowlingwind. After she got there, she realized she probably should have at least slowed her pace for the warrior to catch up. Being the easily excited she-cat that she was, however, it wasn't really a concern. After all, it wasn't like Yowlingwind wasn't able to take care of herself. Still, now that she was there by herself the silver tabby was starting to feel a bit lonesome.
The river brought on an extra breeze that ruffled her fine fur and sent a chill down her spine. Blue eyes shimmering in the sunlight as she gazed across the river. She let her thoughts drift peacefully by without holding onto one for too long as she sat and waited. Though she seemed in a daze, her ears were pricked and her senses alert to her surroundings.

"River is beautiful today." Trueheart mewed padding out of the shadows. She spotted Icewhisker not to long ago when she was looking for herbs for her den. She had relaxing eyes and was very calm.

Icewhisker's ears twitched at the sound of the familiar voice, but gave no other indication that she heard the other cat at first. For a moment, the small she-cat just sat and listened to the breeze blowing through the trees, through her pelt, through the grass. It was a calming thing, silence. Calming, yet in some instaces very nerve wracking. As the deputy sat in wonder, thougts drifting, she felt the Medicine Cat come closer. With a small smile growin across her white muzzle, Icewhisker lost her silent state and nodded at Trueheart.
"Yes, it really is." she agreed softly. Part of her wished she had a family to share this with, but she kept that thought to herself. It was a secret desire, and her clan was her family. She had no right to want anything more when she had almost everything she wanted...almost everything.

Trueheart nodded and looked at Icewhisker and tilted her head. She can feel something was on that cats mind but she didnt want to bother her deputy about it. She then padded up next to her deputy and mewed, "Starclan is silent..."

Icewhisker shook her head and hoped she hadn't looked too out of it. The last thing she wanted was to look crazy or stressed, as if she couldn't handle anything. The silver she-cat tilted her head toward Trueheart with an odd expression on her face. "Is it a good thing or a bad thing?" she asked softly, eyes clouded over slightly.

Trueheart looked at the river and mewed, "You tell me. They have been quiet over two moons now. Dont know if I should be worried or what..but..they just have been." She then looked at her deputy and mewed, "Dont look so sad. Your deputy now."

Icewhisker nodded, wondering what Starclan was up to. "Well, no news can mean good news..so let's hope they have been silent because nothing is wrong, rather than thinking a lot of things are wrong." she meowed quietly, giving the Medicine Cat a small smile. The smile didn't quite reach her eys, but it wasn't an insincere smile, either. A small chuckle passed with a nod. "Yes, deputy. An honor; what I've wanted since I was a kit. I knew I was destined for something great. But it's lonely..."

Leafpaw padded up behind her mentor a clump of catmint in her jaws. She dropped it in a neat pile by her paws and sat down."I thought we might need some more with the cold weather coming on and the chance of greencough infecting the camp."She nodded to Icewhisker politely and glanced up at the sky.

Icewhisker nodded back at Leafpaw. "You're well on your way to becoming a wonderful Medicine Cat." she observed politely. It was true; Skyclan was in good paws with those two, she could feel it.

(I'll join here! Arrowpelt will meet real live Skyclanners! OMG He rocks!) Arrowpelt had stormed away from his hunting party and was hyperventaliting as he stormed threw territories and he couldn't react when he notice he was no longer on the moors.... but a cliff. walking down he stumbled threw rocks and boulders and saw cats ahead. "Hey! yeah you! your from Skyclan are you not?" he demanded as he flooded the cats infont of him. he whiskered his way closer. a beautiful silver tabby caught his eye yet he turned away from her. fully regecting anything. turning to the nect two she-cats he notice one was an apprentice. Leafpaw he believed he really never listen to cats any more. and Trueheart or was it Truthheart or Truthclaw maybe Trueclaw. He stumbled back one step and stared at the Silver tabby. her name was on the tip of his tongue tho it wouldn't enter into speech better yet his mind.

((XD w00t!))
'Hey! Yeah you! You're from Skyclan, are you not?' An unfamiliar voice snapped Icewhisker from her thoughts. Eyes narrowed into slits, she turned and made a face. "Yes, I'm from Skyclan. My question to you is what in Starclan'sname ae you doing in Skyclan territory when you reek of Windclan?" she retorted. "And furthermore, how dare you speak to me like that. You have no right to demand anything of me. This is my clan, not yours." she spat, going into deputy mode and shutting down the little voice that told her to be rational. Who did this tom think he was, charging onto her territory and demanding answers. "State your business or leave." she hissed, Deep Blue eyes frozen over. As she waited for his reply, she couldn't help but notice his pelt and his eyes. If he hadn't smelled so strongly of Windclan, she might have been interested. She mulled that thought over, eyes unfreezing slightly with a small smirk on her face. As if she would ever be interested in a Windclan cat.

(AWWgrrr)
Arrowpelt's pelt fluffed in a dangerous way. Like you attack I'll fight kind of way. He meowed swiftly, "I'm Arrowpelt and of course I didn't scent your weak borders. I say you should remark them." he winkled up his nose in a digusted way. Quickly his eyes flickered in a way which would of ment he wasn't tring to be mean. His business was another story could he make up a fake story or just leave. Rolling his eyes he smirked his framous crooked smirk. "My business is to leave your territory Icewhisker. I'm...: he couldn't bring himself to say the banished word. "So-----sor---sorr------sorry." he was gasping for breath by now. it was the worest thing he had to say since he watched a cat die.

Icewhisker tought for a moment. "You're right. I waswaiting for my patrol to follow me so we could mark the borders, but it seems I must do it alone." she sighed with irritation, eyes glittering angrily. "I'm going to have to have a talk with a few cats" she added with a mumble. As the tom apologized, thedeputy couldn't help but grin. "It's fine. I over reacted." she replied with a dip of her head. The small she-cat knew how hard it was to apologize; she never did it either. "Why don't I walk you back to your border? This way I can mark it better without having to keep going back." she offered with a smile. She was looking for an excuse to be alone with the tom and she knew it, but the medicine cat and her apprentice wouldn't approve.

Arrowpelt guessed he should smile so he did. Very faintly tho. "Lead the way oh great deputy of Skyclan." rolling his eyes he trotted himself ahead. only swiftly turning to make sure Icewhisker was follow so no other cats would attack him as he ran away from Skyclan's territory. "I was alittle frustrated when I entered this... territory. I wasn't thinking of anything but un-bearable things." he winked darkly at the she-cat as he waited for her to catch up with his fast pased.

Icewhisker snorted at his deputy comment and rolled her eyes. As he ran, she ran after him, slightly confused. Why was he running? She saw as he looked back to make sure she was still with him and ran faster to keep pace with the tom who-though she would never tell him-was faster than she was. She looked almost like his apprentice when she stood next to him and couldn't help but snicker at the thought. As she caught up to him, he spoke and winked. "Oh? Un-bearable things, eh?" she replied, eyes shining with interest. "I would be frustrated as well." she wondered what went on in his mind, but kept her mouth shut as she walked beside him.
